Interviewer links that close themselves
Scorecard links stop working once a candidate is hired, rejected or withdraws, and expire 30 days after the interview. Recruiters can re-send a fresh link from the interview menu.
A full interview kit for every interviewer
Prep notes, job details, the resume and the scorecard in one page, with focus attributes first. Drafts save as you type, and submitted scorecards stay editable for a set window before locking.
Approval policy for jobs and offers
Jobs can't open, publish or take candidates until approved, and offers go through the approver chain. Nobody approves their own request, and changing salary or openings restarts approval.
Interview clash detection
OthTech warns about — or blocks — interviews that overlap for the same interviewer or candidate. Choose block, warn or off in your approval policy settings.
Talent Acquisition role
Give employees Recruitment access from Settings. They sign in on the web with their employee login and see only Recruitment; policy and team access stay with admins.
