Your company's data stays yours
- Every company's records are kept separate; one company can never see another's employees, candidates or payroll.
- Every request is checked against the signed-in person's company on the server, not just in the browser.
- Candidate resumes and offer letters are stored with random, unguessable file names.
The right people see the right things
- Role-based access: company admins, Talent Acquisition members and employees each see only what their role allows.
- Approval policies for hiring: jobs and offers can't go live without approval, and nobody approves their own request.
- Recruitment access, approvals and team permissions are enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.
Secure sign-in
- Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — never in plain text.
- Sessions expire automatically and must be renewed by signing in again.
- Sign in with Google is available for company admins.
Links that can't be reused
- Approvers, interviewers, candidates and agencies use personal secure links instead of shared passwords.
- Links expire, single-use links stop working once used, and interviewer links close when a candidate's process ends.
- Only a fingerprint (hash) of each link is stored, never the link itself.
A record of who did what
- Approvals, rejections, stage changes and offers are logged with the person and the time.
- Employee timelines record joining, promotions, salary revisions and status changes.
- Activity logs help you answer an auditor's question in minutes.
Candidate privacy
- Candidates give consent before applying through your careers page.
- A candidate's data can be permanently deleted on request, including resumes and interview feedback.
- Test and demo email addresses are never sent real emails.
