Delete your account

Signed in to the OthHR app? Open Settings → Delete my account and confirm. The request goes to your company's HR team.

Fill in the request form with your work e-mail and your company's name. You don't need to sign in.

Or e-mail admin@othtech.com from your work e-mail address with your name and company.

• Your employer's HR team checks the request with you and deletes the account.
• Your profile, attendance history with locations, selfies, documents, bank details and device push tokens are removed.
• Records your employer must keep by law, such as payroll and tax records, are kept only for the period the law requires.
• You'll hear back by e-mail.

Company admins who want to close the whole company account can write to admin@othtech.com.
