Is there a free trial?

Do employees get a mobile app?
Yes. Employees use OthHR, our app for Android, to check in, apply for leave, see holidays and download payslips. Managers approve requests from the same app.
Can we bring in our existing employee data?
You can bulk-invite employees from an Excel sheet and fill in profiles, documents and salary details as you go. We're happy to help with the first import.
How do you keep our data safe?
Every company's data is kept separate, access is role-based, passwords are encrypted, and approvals and sensitive changes are logged with who did what and when.
Does payroll handle PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS?
Yes. Payroll works out PF (with the EPS split), ESI, state professional tax and TDS under the new or old regime every month, and prepares the EPFO ECR file, a Form 24Q summary and Form 16 Part B figures.
Can companies outside India use it?
Yes. Attendance, leave, recruitment, employee records and the OthHR app work for teams anywhere. Plans are priced in rupees, and payroll follows Indian salary and statutory rules.
