OthTech HRMS is made by OthTech Solutions, a software company founded in 2025 and based in Hajipur, Bihar. We build it for the founders, office managers and small HR teams who run people operations alongside everything else.
Why we exist
Most HR work at growing companies still runs on spreadsheets and chat groups.
Attendance in one sheet, leave in another, salaries calculated by hand at the end of the month, and every request arriving on WhatsApp. It works — until the team grows, someone leaves, or an auditor asks a question.
We built OthTech HRMS to replace that patchwork with one calm system: employees use an app on their phone, managers approve from wherever they are, and HR gets a clean record of everything without chasing anyone.
Today it covers the whole employee journey — from the job requisition to the relieving letter — and we keep adding to it based on what our customers ask for.
It runs online, so it works the same for a team in one office or branches spread across several states, anywhere in India. Companies outside India can use attendance, leave, hiring and the OthHR app too; payroll follows Indian salary and statutory rules.
