Terms of Service

OthTech HRMS is HR software (web and the OthHR mobile app) provided by OthTech Solutions. By creating a company account or signing in, you agree to these terms.

• The person who registers a company is its admin and is responsible for who they invite and what access they give.
• Keep sign-in details private. Tell us at admin@othtech.com if you think an account has been misused.
• Employees use the accounts their employer creates for them.

The company owns the data it puts into OthTech HRMS and is responsible for having the right to collect it from its staff. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

• Don't use the service for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Don't try to access other companies' data, probe or overload the service, or get around its limits.

• New companies start on a free trial. Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen period through Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian rupees; GST is shown on the invoice.
• If a subscription lapses, the account can be put on hold until it is renewed.

A company can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Ask us at admin@othtech.com for an export or deletion of your company's data.

We work to keep the service available and the data correct, but the service is provided as it is. Check payroll and statutory figures before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service means you accept the update.
