Every new company starts on the Free Trial — 30 days for up to 5 employees, with no card needed. Before it ends, choose a plan from the billing page in your account; your data stays exactly where it is.

Per-employee plans are the plan's price multiplied by the number of active employees in your company when you pay. Monthly plans are paid for a month at a time; yearly plans for twelve months upfront, at the yearly price.

Online, from the billing page inside OthTech HRMS. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, and an invoice is emailed to your company address once the payment goes through.

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and exclude GST. GST at 18% is added at checkout, and the invoice shows it as CGST and SGST or as IGST depending on your state. Add your GSTIN in company settings to have it printed on the invoice.

Yes. Attendance, leave, recruitment, employee records and the OthHR app work for teams anywhere. Plans are billed in rupees, and payroll follows Indian salary and statutory rules (PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS), so it suits companies paying staff in India.

Monthly keeps your commitment short. Yearly costs less but is paid for the full year in one go. Both include exactly the same features.

Yes. Pick a different plan from the billing page at any time. When you upgrade, the new plan's features switch on for your whole company as soon as the payment is complete.

On a plan with an employee limit, new invitations are paused once active employees plus pending invites reach the limit. Move to a plan with more room to keep inviting — nobody is removed and nothing is deleted.

We email the account admin during the last week of the plan. After it ends there's a 7-day grace period to renew; if it isn't renewed, the account is put on hold until a plan is chosen.
